City Trainers can assist your management company to deliver additional value in respect of your on site gym and fitness facilities.
This service is at no cost to the management company. Our services will be available to residents, who will be individually charged if they do decide to take up a fitness package. Your company will benefit from the extra service provided to residents, including personal training, fitness assessments, and gym programmes at no cost to yourselves.

We offer free access to our customized online questionnaire so that you can gauge the needs and desires of your employees.
Once these elements defined, we provide you with a sports coach or a teacher of Yoga, and assured graduate, who will visit your facility to be determined. Of course, we manage the schedules of each replacement coach during holidays.
